What does IPL+SHR E-Light stand for?
SHR stands for Super Hair Reduction and is the latest innovation in permanent hair removal. Compared to traditional IPL and laser hair removal treatments, SHR is faster, easier, and painless. SHR is suitable for most skin types and hair colors.

For blonde, red, and light brown hair, we can combine IPL and E-light technology to provide volume heating to the hair bulb. Although this treatment is effective on lighter hair types, the hair must have pigment to be effective and will require more treatments than standard IPL/SHR treatments.What does the treatment consist of?
The SHR or IPL handpiece will be placed on the skin in the treatment area, and warm pulses of heat will be felt on the skin's surface. Treatment takes between 5 and 20 minutes per area.
How many treatments will I need?
This depends on your hair type. Most clients will need 6-10 sessions for best results, although hair will shrink and become finer with each treatment. Facial treatments should be 2-4 weeks apart, while body treatments should be four weeks apart. Facial hair takes 7-10 days to fall out, while body hair can take 2-3 weeks. Individual results depend on skin type, hair coarseness, and natural growth process.
For how long will the results last?
The results are permanent; however, annual maintenance treatments may be required to achieve a lifetime of smooth skin.
